ReaLife is an independent hip-hop artist from Seattle, raised in Tacoma, whose sound blends sharp storytelling, lived experience, and polished lyricism. Music runs deep in his roots—his father DJ’d before the Army and his mother pursued singing—so picking up the mic was a natural evolution. At 24 he doubled down on his craft and has since performed across the U.S. and abroad, translating miles traveled into honest, reflective records that resonate well beyond the Northwest.
Often described as one of the hardest-working voices to emerge from the region, ReaLife cut his teeth as a hype man before stepping into his own as a headlining act. Along the way he’s earned coverage at home and overseas, with press in Emeralds Magazine, The Weekly Volcano, The Wilson Block Magazine, SwaggNation Magazine, The Hype Magazine, and One World Magazine, plus spins on internet and FM radio. He was nominated Best Male Hip-Hop Artist at the 2017 Seattle Sound Music Awards.
Rooted in authenticity and growth, ReaLife’s music pulls from real life—no movie. With a catalog that balances introspection and knock, he continues to expand his audience from Tacoma to listeners around the world.
